B. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the product and the shipping address.

Return and Exchange Policy
A. Costyo.pk has a 7-day return policy on selected products. However, Once the expensive and bulky order is confirm and shipped, Costyo will not entertain return and exchange requests.
B. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
C. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received and after the inspection and satisfaction of our supplier / selling partner. It is pertinent to mention that supplier(s) may deduct some percentage on electronic products, if they’re open or used.
D. In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
A. Costyo.pk accepts a range of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery.
B. Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.
C. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method after deducting the cost of our selling partner and Costyo.pk (if any).
